G Adventures is one of the biggest travel adventure companies in the world and offers escorted tours, safaris, and expeditions in more than 100 countries with an annual credit card volume of more than $75 million. It is one of the pioneers of community tourism and small group travel.

Challenge

With global tourism business going through significant turmoil due to Covid-19 pandemic and tours and partners in over 100 countries, G Adventures needed a compliant payment transaction platform that improved revenue, reduced costs, and afforded business agility for constantly changing travel scenarios. G Adventures wanted to offer customers a flexible ‘Book with Confidence’ option that allows customers the option to cancel and rebook along with Lifetime Deposits where the deposit remains valid till the customer is ready to go.

The payment platform needed to drive revenue enhancement and provide business agility for the changing travel market.

Constanci provided a team of experts that worked actively with G Adventure’s team to architect the right integration between G Adventure’s internal systems and the Stripe platform. Constanci’s team guided G Adventures through the Stripe implementation life cycle providing implementation blueprint, best practices for API and integration pattern, and data migration.
